07.04.2021 Heard the learned counsel for both the parties. As the appeal has been challenged on the ground of fraud in the claim by the claimant, so, the Court is of the considered opinion that the award should be stayed, till disposal of the appeal.

Accordingly, the Judgment and Award dated 20.02.2016, is hereby stayed, till disposal of the appeal.
