2. Petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 24.12.2021 submitted by the petitioner with the East Delhi Municipal Corporation pursuant to liberty granted by National Green Tribunal by its order dated 01.12.2021.

5. In view of the above, this petition is disposed of directing the respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 24.12.2021 preferably within a period of four weeks from today. All rights and contentions of parties are reserved.
