                                                       JUDGMENT

DINESH KUMAR SHARMA, J. (Oral)

1. The present bail application has been filed seeking regular bail.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner was arrested on 16th December, 2022. It has been submitted that the charge sheet has already been filed and the charges have also been framed.

3. Learned counsel submits that the trial may take a long time and he may be admitted to bail.

4. Learned APP for the State submits that it is a serious case where a day light robbery was committed by the accused along with his accomplish. The APP for the State states that the accused Mohit was arrested during

the course of investigation at the instance of co-accused Rahul and mobile phone was recovered from him.

5. Learned APP for the State submits that the earlier four bail applications have been dismissed by the learned Trial Court. However, the IO has stated that there is no other involvement of the accused.

6. Petitioner- Mohit is around 23 years old. Admittedly, there is no other involvement of the accused. The charges have also been framed. The Trial may take a long time. In these circumstances, accused Mohit is admitted to Court bail on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with surety of like amount subject to the condition that the accused shall not tamper with the witnesses and shall also attend the trial proceedings.

7. Accordingly, the bail application stands disposed of accordingly.
