The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following prayer:

"(i) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus or any other writ thereby directing the respondent no.1 to render true and correct account of the amount standing in the credit of the PF account of the petitioner bearing no. IDDLCPM00006660000000213 and also to release the same in favour of the petitioner"

1. Mr. Sandeep Vishnu , the learned counsel for the respondent on advance notice states that the respondent has no objection in rendering true and correct account of the amount standing in the credit of the PF account of the petitioner bearing No. IDDLCPM00006660000000213 and to release the same in favour of the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent however, submits that the petitioner has to fulfill certain formalities such as KYC and submission of Form -19 in this regard.

3. Let this writ petition be taken as a representation on behalf of the petitioner by the respondent.

4. Learned counsel for the respondent undertakes to do the needful within eight weeks.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in these circumstances, he does not wish to press the present writ petition. Hence, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
