1. Allowed, subject to all just exceptions.

3. Present petition has been filed seeking directions to the Respondent No. 1 to recommend the name of the petitioner for appointment to one of the Central Police Organizations i.e. Border Security Force (BSF) and direct Respondent No. 2 to appoint the petitioner as Sub-Inspector.

4. Petitioner in person submits that for the aforesaid relief, he made

representation dated 16.07.2022 by mail, however, till date, there is no response from the respondent side.

5. In view of the averments made in the present petition and submission of petitioner, we hereby dispose of the present petition directing the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 16.07.2022 within two weeks from today and communicate the decision of the same to the petitioner within three days thereafter. Till then, one vacancy in question shall be kept vacant.

6. Petition as well as pending application, if any, stand disposed of.
