1. By these petitions filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act), the petitioner sought appointment of a Sole Arbitrator, for adjudicating the disputes between the parties, arising out of the agreement between the parties.

2. On 18.01.2019, learned counsel for the parties had submitted that there was a possibility of an amicable settlement of the disputes between the parties and a request was made to refer the matter to Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre. Accordingly, the parties were directed to appear before Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre on 23.01.2019 to explore the possibility of settlement between the parties.

3. The parties have arrived at an amicable settlement before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre. A Settlement Agreement has been drawn up between the parties on 26.08.2019. The same has been filed as a part of the Mediation Report before this Court. The Agreement is taken on record of this Court. The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the above settlement.

4. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties amicably resolving their disputes, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petitions.

5. The petitions are hereby disposed of in terms of the settlement.
