1. This is a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India filed by the petitioner seeking protection from respondent no.3/father of the petitioner no.2.

2. Notice.

3. Learned ASC accepts notice and states that the address of the petitioners could not be verified.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that both the petitioners are residing at the given address as given in the memo of parties.

5. Learned ASC states that protection required will be provided to the petitioners.

6. Mobile number of Beat Constable, W/SI, Division Officer as well as SHO have been provided to the petitioners, so that in case of exigency, petitioners can contact the concerned officials. Learned ASC assures protection to the petitioners.

7. In view of the above submissions, the present petition stands disposed of.

8. Copy of this order be given dasti as prayed.
