                          JUDGMENT

The instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Cr. P.C) has been filed seeking release of the petitioner on parole for the marriage of his son which is scheduled for 08.11.2019.

Status report has been handed over in Court. Same is placed on record. The fact regarding the marriage of the daughter of the petitioner has been verified by the Station House Officer, P.S.: Tilak Marg, New Delhi.

Keeping in view the fact that the marriage of the son of the petitioner is scheduled for 08.12.2019, he (petitioner) is directed to be released on parole for a period of two weeks from the date of his release on his executing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent, subject to following conditions:

(i) The petitioner will not leave National Capital Territory of Delhi without prior permission of the Court;

(ii) He will furnish to the Investigating Officer his mobile number and residential address where he will stay during the period of parole;

(iii) He will report to the concerned Station House Officer (SHO) /Investigating Officer (IO), on every Monday;

(iv) In case of any change in his residential address or the mobile number, he will inform the SHO/IO;

The petition is disposed of, in above terms.
