                                 JUDGMENT

1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is a policy notified dated 21.06.2018 by the DDA - respondent No.3. He further submits that the Government of NCT of Delhi is considering the application of the petitioners in terms of the said policy. The petitioners may move an application before the concerned SDM/Competitive Authority who would dispose of the petitioner's application as per the policy.

2. Till the disposal of the application no coercive action be taken.

3. The present petition is disposed of accordingly. All pending application(s) (if any) also stand disposed of.
