                            JUDGMENT

SANJEEV SACHDEVA, J. (ORAL)

1. Petitioner seeks interim bail for 20 days in FIR No.61/2018 under Sections 392/397/506/411/120B/34 IPC, Police Station Jama Masjid on the ground of marriage of his sister. As per the petitioner, the functions for marriage are to commence from 28.01.2019 and go on till morning of 30.01.2019.

2. Status report has been filed, which has confirmed the factum of marriage. As per the status report, enquiry has revealed that the petitioner is the only male member in the family to look after the

arrangements of the marriage of his sister.

3. Keeping in view of the totality of facts and circumstances of the case, I am of the view that the petitioner is entitled to be released on interim bail for a period of 2 weeks from the date of his release.

4. On petitioner furnishing a bail bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court, the petitioner shall be released on interim bail for a period of 2 weeks from the date of his release. Petitioner shall not do anything which may prejudice either the trial or the prosecution witnesses. The petitioner shall surrender to the concerned Superintendent, Jail on expiry of the period of 2 weeks of his release.

5. The petition is disposed of in the above terms.

6. Order Dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
