1. The petitioner seeks transfer of his civil suit No.388/2016 pending in the Court of Ms.Shuchi Laler, learned Additional District Judge-04 (East District), KKD Complex, Delhi (ADJ) to Shahdara district for the reason that the suit property falls within the jurisdiction of Shahdara District. He draws the attention to the order dated 12.04.2018 passed in this regard by learned ADJ.

2. Since the property in question is situated at Shahdara District, the said civil suit is ordered to be transferred to the Court of District

Judge, Shahdara who is requested to assign the same to any competent court under his jurisdiction.

3. For this purpose, parties to appear before the learned District Judge, Shahdara on 12th March, 2019 at 10.00 am.

4. Petition stands disposed of.
