        1.        The settlement agreement dated 29.01.2019 has been
        received from the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation
        Centre.      The petitioners, sisters of petitioners namely Smt.
        Amrit Kaur and Smt. Tirpat Kaur and respondent No.1 & 2
        confirm the mediation settlement.
        2.        The civil suit No.2741/2016 filed by the respondent No.1
        stands disposed of in terms of the said settlement. The parties
        shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the
        settlement agreement dated 29.01.2019.

         3.          In view of the settlement agreement dated 29.01.2019, the
        petitioners seek permission to withdraw the revision petition.
        The         petition,   along    with   application    being    C.M.
        No.34581/2018, is dismissed as withdrawn.
