                           ORDER

(ORAL)

1. Quashing of FIR No. 548/2015, registered at police station Malviya Nagar, New Delhi for offence under Section 135 Electricity Act is sought in this petition on the basis of order of 27th February, 2015 of permanent Lok Adalat.

2. Petitioner's counsel submits that respondent No. 3 is proforma party.

3. Upon notice, counsel for respondent No.2 submits that there is no objection to quashing of FIR in question.

4. In view of order of 27th February, 2015 of permanent Lok Adalat, this Court finds that continuation of proceedings arising out of FIR in question would be an exercise in futility.

5. Accordingly, FIR No. 548/2015, registered at police station Malviya Nagar, New Delhi for offence under Section 135 Electricity Act and proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

6. With aforesaid directions, this petition and application are disposed of.
