1. By this transfer petition, the petitioner seeks transfer of Civil Suit No.2481/2016, titled as "Rekha Satija vs. Babita Tandon @ Sonia Malhotra & Ors.", pending in the Court of Ms.Suchi Laler, Additional District Judge, East District, Karkardoom Court, Delhi, to any other court of competent jurisdiction in Shahdara District, Karkardooma Court, Delhi.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the order dated 21.4.2018 passed by the Court of learned ADJ, East District, Karkardooma Court, Delhi, observing that suit

property is situated within the territorial jurisdiction of Shahdara District and the time was sought on behalf of the petitioner/plaintiff to move a transfer petition before this Court.

3. Since the suit property in question is situated in Krishna Nagar which is situated within the territorial jurisdiction of Shahdara District, Civil Suit No.2481/2016, titled as "Rekha Satija vs. Babita Tandon @ Sonia Malhotra & Ors.", pending in the Court of Ms.Suchi Laler, Additional District Judge, East District, Karkardoom Court, Delhi, is withdrawn and the same is ordered to be transferred to the Court of learned District Judge, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, who is requested to assign the case to any competent court under his jurisdiction.

4. The petition along with application, being C.M. No.45133/2018, is disposed of accordingly.
