1. Learned counsel for the respondent has handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner a CD, which, as per him, contains the digital data of the films and scans of the brother of the petitioner.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent assures that, in case, any other document/record is required by the petitioner, the respondent shall provide the same, on the petitioner making a request.
3. Learned counsel for the respondent has also produced in Court copies of the medical record of the brother of the petitioner. The same are taken on record. The Registry is directed to scan the record and
place the same along with the digital file.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the brother of the petitioner is not being discharged in view of the interim order dated 15.03.2017.
5. The respondent is permitted to discharge Sh. Sunil Singh, the brother of the petitioner, today itself.
6. The writ petition is disposed of.
7. Dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
