ORDER
% 13.07.2017
1. The present appeal was passed over on the first call as none was present on behalf of the appellant. Same is the position on pass over.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents stated that the appellant has failed to make compliances of the order dated 04.05.2017. On 04.05.2017, counsel for the appellant had volunteered to deposit a sum of Rs. 5000/- per month directly into the saving bank account of his father-in-law/respondent no. 2 towards the upbringing of his minor daughter in their custody. Counsel for the respondent states that the details of the bank account were duly furnished to learned counsel for the appellant on the very same day but no amount has been deposited till date. Further, the appellant had made no effort to approach the respondents to meet his minor daughter as per the permission granted on 04.05.2017.
4. It appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the present appeal which is accordingly dismissed in default and for non-prosecution.
