1. Counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, while reserving the of his clients to seek their remedies for challenging the validity of the elections, results whereof were declared on 12.12.2016 for electing one member to the Delhi Agricultural Marketing Board and two members of the Azadpur Marketing Committees, under Rule 64 of the Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1998.
2. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the present petition, the same is disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioners, as prayed for. The statutory authority shall consider and decide the said petition as and when filed by the petitioners, as per law.
3. The writ petition is disposed of, along with the pending application.
