1. Status report has been filed on behalf of respondent No.1.

2. Respondent No.2 has filed her response by affidavit.

3. Respondent No.2 is present in the court. She is being represented by her counsel. She is duly identified by the IO Mukesh Yadav.

4. The petitioners have invoked the writ jurisdiction of this court under Article 226/226 of the Constitution of India read with

Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (in short 'Cr.PC') for quashing of the FIR bearing No.808/2014, registered on 03.12.2014 with Police Station Jagat Puri, East Delhi under Sections 354A/506/509 IPC on the complaint of respondent No.2.

5. The petitioner No.1 is the step brother of the complainant, petitioner No.4 is the step sister of the complainant, petitioner No.2 is the wife of petitioner No.1 and petitioner No.3 is the husband of petitioner No.4.

6. As per the allegations on 02.12.2014 when the respondent No.2 had visited her father's house at House No.21, Gagan Vihar, New Delhi, some altercation had been taken place between the complainant and all the petitioners.

7. In her statement u/s 164 Cr.P.C., the complainant had submitted that since the petitioners have tendered apology, she does not want any legal action against them. Respondent No.2 submits that the matter has been settled with the petitioners. She submits that in view of the settlement she does not want to pursue the FIR.

8. Learned ASC through the IO submits that the charge sheet has been filed against the petitioners.

9. The parties have amicably settled their all disputes and no purpose would be served in further pursuing with the said FIR. Hence, to secure ends of justice, the FIR bearing No.808/2014, registered on 03.12.2014 with Police Station Jagat Puri, East Delhi under Sections 354A, 506, 509 IPC and proceedings

arising out of the same are hereby quashed.

10. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
