1. Arguments on the impugned order dated 11.07.2017 passed by the learned Single Judge granting a conditional stay order in favour of the appellants subject to their depositing the tuition fee and the development fee

along with the interest in the Court have been addressed at length by learned counsels for the parties.

2. At this stage, learned Senior Advocates appearing for the appellant, state on instructions, that they may be permitted to withdraw the present appeals while reserving their rights to file appropriate applications in the pending writ petition for seeking modification of the impugned orders passed in each case.

3. Learned counsels for the respondent states that liberty may be granted to them to take all the pleas available to them to oppose the said applications as and when filed.

4. Leave as prayed for is granted. The appeals are dismissed as withdrawn along with the pending applications while reserving the rights of the parties to take all the pleas available to them, both in law and on facts before the learned Single Judge as and when applications for modification of the impugned orders are filed by the appellants.
