The present petition has been listed by the Registry subject to an office objection with regard to its maintainability with an observation that the petitioners ought to have approached the Central Administrative Tribunal for relief against the respondent No.1/SDMC and respondent No.2/Directorate of Education.
2. Counsel for the petitioners states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, while reserving the right of the petitioners to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal, for appropriate relief.
3. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn alongwith the pending application.
