1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner praying inter alia for quashing the Enquiry Report dated 5.5.2016 and the Suspension Order dated 20.11.2015.
2. Mr.Jasmeet Singh, learned counsel for the respondent No.3 states that the writ petition has been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the Disciplinary Authority/respondent No.1 has issued an Order dated 24.5.2016, inflicting the punishment of dismissal from service on the petitioner with immediate effect. He hands over a copy of the order dated 24.5.2016, with a copy furnished to the counsel for the petitioner. The same is taken on record.
3. In view of the aforesaid development, the present petition is disposed of, along with pending applications, with liberty granted to the petitioner to seek his remedies against the order dated 24.5.2016, if so advised, in accordance with law.
