1. Counsel for the respondents No.1 & 2 states that the respondent No.2 has terminated the services of all the six petitioners, vide letter dated 6.5.2016, a copy whereof has been handed over, with a copy to the other side. The same is taken on record.

2. In view of the subsequent events that have occurred after the last date of hearing, nothing further survives for consideration in the present petition, which is accordingly disposed of, along with the pending application.
