1. The present petition has remained on the regular board since

11th March, 2016. Though the same was taken up for hearing on the several

dates, i.e.,16.3.2016,28.3.2016,07.4.2016,08.4.2016,25.4.2016,26.4.2016,

but none had appeared for the petitioner. Even today, none appears for the

petitioner.

2. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the

present petition, which is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution.
