Learned counsel for the respondents hands over a copy of the letter dated 04.2.2016, issued by the Directorate General, CRPF, C.G.O Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi to the Inspector General Police, Madhya Pradesh Sector, CRPF, Bhopal regarding the promotion of the petitioner to the rank of SI/GD and states that the petitioner has been duly promoted to the rank of SI/GD with effect from 26.5.2011. A copy of the said document is taken on record and is furnished to the other side.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the aforesaid order, the present petition may be disposed of. Ordered accordingly.

3. The petition is disposed of.
