1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner praying inter alia for directions to the respondents/CRPF to grant him benefits of first, second and third ACP, as detailed in para 20 of the writ petition.
2. On a query posed to the counsel for the petitioner as to why had the petitioner waited till date to seek legal recourse when as per him, the actionable cause of action had arisen in the year 2006, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition while reserving the right of the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition based on the same cause of action alongwith a proper explanation for approaching the Court so belatedly for relief.
3. The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn alongwith the pending application with liberty granted to the petitioner, as prayed for.
