ORDER
% 03.03.2016
.1. The present matter has remained on the regular board since 03.02.2016. However, none had appeared for the petitioner when the case was taken up on 12.02.2016, 23.02.2016 and even on 24.02.2016. On 24.02.2016, Ms. Barkha Babbar, learned counsel for the respondents had stated that she had duly informed the counsel for the petitioner about the pendency of the present petition both, telephonically as also through speed post and he had requested her to inform the Court that he would be unable to attend the Court on the said date. In the interest of justice, no adverse orders were passed on 24.02.2016.
2. The position remains the same today. None is present on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the present petition, which is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution.
