1. This revision petition is filed under Section 25 (B) 8 of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958 (hereinafter referred to as the DRC Act) seeking to impugn the order dated 28.10.2015 dismissing the application filed by the petitioner seeking leave to defend and passing an eviction order against the petitioner.

2. The facts pertaining to the present petition are virtually identical to another petition which was heard today, namely, RC Revision 54/2016 titled Ram Awadh Yadav vs. Radhey Shyam and Others. The contentions raised by the petitioner are also virtually identical to the above noted Revision Petition.

3. By order passed today the said Revision Petition has been dismissed. The present petition is also dismissed on the same grounds as RC Rev.54/2016 (JAYANT NATH) JUDGE December 08, 2016/N Corrected and signed on 9.6.2017
