Mr. Parikshit Saini, Advocate for the writ petitioners.

Mr. Masroor Ahmad Khan, Dy. Advocate General with Mr. Rakesh Kunwar, Brief Holder for the respondent State.

Learned counsel for the State makes a statement that after completion of investigation, final report has been submitted, as no case is said to have been made out against the petitioners.

In view of above development, this writ petition has rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous with the observation that the interim order dated 06.12.2013, passed by this Court, shall continue till the submission of final report before the court concerned and no further.
