07.   10.01.2014                Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned
                   counsel for the opposite parties.
                                This writ petition has been filed praying for a
                   direction to the Arbitrator-opposite party no.4 to dispose of
                   petitioner's application filed under Section 33 of the Arbitration
                   and Conciliation Act, 1996 for correction of the award.
                                Considering the limited nature of grievance, this
                   writ petition is disposed of directing the Arbitrator-opposite party
                   no.4 to dispose of the petitioner's application filed under Section
                   33 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, if the same is
                   still pending, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a
                   period two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

                                Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
                                Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
