1. The present petition has been listed subject to an office

objection with regard to its maintainability in view of the fact that the

respondent/DDA has been notified under Section 14 of the

Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985.

2. Counsel for the petitioner states that he may be permitted to

withdraw the present petition while reserving the right of the

petitioner to approach the Tribunal for appropriate relief.

3. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The petition is dismissed as

withdrawn alongwith the pending application.
