Learned counsel for the State makes a statement that after completion of investigation, final report has been filed, as no case is said to have been made out against the petitioner.

In view of above development, this writ petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous with the observation that the interim order dated 12.09.2013, passed by this Court, shall continue till the submission of final report before the court concerned and no further.
