1. The present petition has arisen from the award dated 19.05.2010 passed by the learned Labour Court, Kakardooma Courts Delhi, in I.D. No.1217/06, whereby the reference dated 25.10.2006 made by the Appropriate Government has been adjudicated.

2. Admittedly, claim petition filed by the respondents was allowed with reinstatement vide aforesaid award dated 19.05.2010.

3. Being aggrieved, the petitioner herein challenged the same by filing W.P.(C) No. 247/2011, which was allowed by this Court vide

judgment dated 06.03.2013.

4. The issue and the facts of the present case are identical to the aforementioned writ petition as the present petition also arose from the same impugned award dated 19.05.2010.

5. Keeping in view the facts and issues raised in this case and the view taken by this Court in the judgment dated 06.03.2013 passed in W.P.(C) No. 247/2011, regarding co-workman, the petitioner is directed to pay the respondents a sum of Rs.25,000/- each within a period of four weeks from today.

6. Consequently, the petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms and the impugned award stands set aside.

CM Nos.6232-42/2014 With the disposal of the writ petition itself, all these applications have become infructuous. The same are accordingly dismissed.
