1. This Court has today by a separate order disposed of OMP Nos. 478 and

482 of 2006, substantially upholding the Award dated 10th July 2006.

Subject to the Petitioner filing an execution petition within the prescribed

time, in accordance with law, the Respondents are restrained from

disposing of any of their immovable assets, till such time orders are passed

by the concerned Court in the execution petition.

2. The petition is disposed of in the above terms.
