1. Vide instant petition, petitioner has sought relief as under:-

"1. To correct and rectify the irregularities in the education loan of his daughter in terms of bank guidelines and the surplus money so charged be paid back to the petitioner.

2. To release the 3rd stagnation in favour of the petitioner.

3. To correct the pension after adding 3rd stagnation increments.

4. To correct computation of 90 days notice period, and

5. To pay all the accumulated losses so caused in

computations etc."

2. Mr.Samundra Sain, petitioner appearing in person submits that he communicated through letter dated 28.02.2012 addressed to the Chairman of respondent bank; however, there is no response from their end.

3. Notice issued.

4. Mr.Jagat Arora, learned counsel accepts notice and submitted that the communication of the petitioner dated 28.02.2012, shall be decided within four weeks from today.

5. In view of submission of learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents, instant petition stands disposed of.

6. Accordingly, respondent bank is directed to decide the above mentioned communication of the petitioner within four weeks from today and convey the outcome thereof to him.

7. I here make it clear that in case petitioner is aggrieved by the decision of respondent bank, he is at liberty to file petition afresh.

8. Copy of order be given dasti to both the parties for compliance.

9. No order as to costs.
