1. In view of my decision in W.P.(Crl.) 960 of 2008 titled Sandeep Kumar Jha v

State & Ors. decided on 2nd November 2010, this petition is allowed and FIR No.337 of

2006 dated 24th April 2006 registered with PS Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi under Sections

406, 420 read with Section 120B IPC and the proceedings emanating therefrom are

hereby quashed.
