1. In view of my decision in W.P.(Crl.) 960 of 2008 titled Sandeep Kumar Jha v

State & Ors. decided on 2nd November 2010, this petition is allowed and FIR No.37 of

2006 dated 19th January 2006 registered with PS Defence Colony, New Delhi under

Sections 406, 420 read with Section 34 IPC and the proceedings emanating therefrom

are hereby quashed.
