1. For the reasons recorded in LPA No.133/2009 and WP(C)

No.7768/2009, this writ petition is also allowed. The respondents

are directed to permit the petitioner to appear in the Screening Test

which is going to be held in September, 2009 and the subsequent

tests, if necessary. Respondents are directed to pay the costs of the

petitioner quantified as Rs.10,000/-. The pending applications also

stand disposed of.
