JUDGMENT
1. This application has been filed by the petitioner who
is resident of UP, Bijnore against the respondent from whom
the petitioner had taken the Petrol Pump on license. The Petrol
Pump itself is situated in Bijnore. The relief claimed by the
petitioner in the application is that the Court should stay the
operation of termination letter dated 14th March, 2007 in
respect of the retail outlet (Petrol Pump) at Kalagarh Road,
Dhampur, Bijnore, UP till the adjudication of the dispute.
2. In view of the judgment of this Court in CM(M)
No.481/2008 titled as Bairaj Filling Station vs. Bharat
Petroleum Corporation Ltd., this Petition under Section 9 is
not maintainable in Delhi Courts and is hereby dismissed.
