The Tribunal has followed the decision of its another Bench at
Madras. The writ petition filed against the decision in the Madras High
Court has been dismissed and even the special leave petition filed
against the decision of Madras High Court has been dismissed.
There are no grounds to interfere with the decision of the
Tribunal which has been passed relying on the decision of the Madras
Bench of the Tribunal which has been affirmed by the Supreme Court.
The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed.
