JUDGMENT
S.K. Mahajan, J.
1. The petitioner had filed this petition for quashing the order dated 4th October, 2002 whereby he was asked to proceed on leave and hand over charge to the Senior Executive Director. Subsequent to the passing of this order, the services of the petitioner were terminated by order dated 14th December, 2002. The order of termination was also challenged by the petitioner by filing a writ petition in this Court. By a separate order passed today, the writ petition challenging the order of termination has been dismissed. Since the services of the petitioner have already been terminated this petition, in my opinion, has become infructuous and is, accordingly, dismissed.
