21/03/2025          Heard Mr. Rajeev Kumar Dubey {Cr.A. No. 1260/2024} and

             Mr. Amit Singh Chauhan {Cr.A. No. 1253/2024}, learned counsel

             for the appellant as well as Mr. Sangharsh Pandey, Government

             Advocate and Mr. S.S.Baghel, learned Deputy Government

             Advocate for the State/respondent.

Today, the matters are listed for hearing on IA No. 1/2024 ,

which is an application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail

to the appellant in Cr.A. No. 1253/2024, IA No. 1/2024, which is

also an application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail as

well as IA No. 2/2024, which is an application for urgent hearing of

IA No. 1/2024, in Cr.A. No. 1260/2024, wherein it has been stated

that the appellant-Jogni Kurre is suffering from serious upper

respiratory tract infection and vomiting with blood for which the said

appellant was admitted in CIMS Hospital, Bilaspur and the

condition of the appellant was not good and there is no proper

facility of medical treatment in the Jail Hospital.

It has been reported by the Medical Officer, Central Jail,

Bilaspur, that when the appellant-Jogni Kurrey was admitted in the

jail on 04.12.2024, she was medically fit. On 04.12.2024, she was

sent to CIMS Bilaspur for medical checkup and as per the advise of

the Doctors, her treatment is going on. On 15.02.2024, she had a

rise in her blood pressure who has been given proper medication

and now she is fit and performing her routine work normally.

Considering the fact that the appellants are confined in jail

since 28.03.2024, with the consent of learned counsel appearing

for the parties, we proceed to hear the matter finally.

Judgment has been passed separately.

Consequently, IA No. 1/2024 in both the appeals and IA No.

2/2024 {in Cr.A. No. 1260/2024}, stand disposed of.
