Letter dated 18.06.2025 has been received from the Commissioner-cum-Labour Court, Korba, whereby it has been informed that, in pursuance of the impugned judgment, employer/ M/S A.W.X. CACON has deposited cheque of award amount, but the same has been reported to be bounced.

This conduct of employer/ M/S A.W.X. CACON is highly condemnable and act of cheating also.

Learned counsel Mr. Harsh Wardhan appearing for M/S A.W.X. CACON/employer seeks one week's time to take instruction. He is also directed to make present

proprietor of aforesaid firm/employer on the next date of hearing before this Court.
