At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that one of the issues involved in these writ petitions has already been considered by the Supreme Court in its judgment and order dated 24.07.2024 the Civil Appeal No. 13928/2015 has been reserved (The State of Maharashtra & Ors. Vs. Prism Cement Limited & Another).

In view of the above, the hearing of these writ petitions is awaiting the outcome of the Hon'ble Supreme Court's decision in the aforementioned case.
