                                the appellants. Also heard Mr. Shashank Thakur,

                                learned Deputy Advocate General for respondent /

State.

Criminal appeal No. 1137/2021 has already been

admitted vide order dated 06.10.2021 and Criminal

Appeal No. 1464/2021 was also admitted vide order

dated 13.01.2022. CRA No.1089 /2024 is listed today

for orders on admission and I.A. No. 02/2024 i.e.

application for condonation of delay in preferring the

appeal. For the reasons stated therein, the I.A. No.

02/2024 is allowed and the appeal is admitted. With the

consent of learned counsel appearing for the parties,

these appeals are being heard finally as though two of

the appellants, namely, Naresh Banjare @ Bada @

Bau and Smt. Dropati are on bail, however, so far as

other appellants are concerned, they are languishing in

jail since 2017.

Judgment has been passed separately.

In view of the same, I.A. No. 02/2024, stands

disposed of.
