1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition on the following

relief:-

"(i) That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the petitioner's case for perusal of this Hon'ble Court.

(ii)That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ or writs/ order or orders to pay the compensation as mentioned by the

& 6, in the interest of justice.

(iii) That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authority to decide the pending representation which is

(iv) Any other relief this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted in favour of the petitioner"

2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not

Challenging any particular order, but inaction on part of the

respondent authorities whereby the petitioner has not

rendered the compensation by the respondent authorities in

lieu of erection of Tower Line by the Power Grid Corporation

of India and C.G. WR Transmission Limited. The petitioner

has obtained partly awarded amount whereas the rest part

of amount has been withheld by the respondent companies

and several correspondence has been done by the petitioner

but there is no use and it is fruitless. As per law established

by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in various judgment whereas

the need and necessity required for the interest of public at

large should be followed and protection may be given

towards petitioner who have lost crops during erection of

Tower Line. Therefore, the petitioner is seeking for

appropriate direction from the respondent authorities to

decide the application and the petitioner and compensation

be paid.

3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State opposes the

relief sought by the petitioner.

4. Heard learned counsel for the respective parties and perused

the record with utmost circumspection.

5. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court

is of the opinion that the petitioner has moved representation

before the respondent authorities on 04.07.2019 and

26.04.2023, at this stage, it would be appropriate to direct

the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the

respondents No. 2 & 3 along with all relevant documents and

copy of this order within a period of 15 days from the date of

receipt of copy of this order and in turn the respondent No. 2

& 3 shall decide the same in accordance with law as

expeditiously as possible in accordance with law.

6. With the aforesaid direction, the present petition is disposed

of.
