Heard.

Counsel for the respondent submits that he is appearing in other second appeal arise from the judgment rendered by first appellate court in respect of same suit property, therefore, he submits that he will file Valalatnama on behalf of respondent in this case also. He also seeks time to file reply to I.A. No. 1/2025, which is an application under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 read with Section 151 of the CPC.

Time, as prayed for, is granted. Meanwhile, status quo in respect of suit property, as exists today, shall be maintained by both the parties, till the next date of hearing.

As prayed by counsel for the appellant, list this case after two weeks alongwith Second Appeal Nos. 570/2024, 559/24 & 566 of 2024.
