2. The appeal CRA No.534/2022 (Chandrabhan Nag vs. State of
Chhattisgarh), preferred by the appellant against the impugned
judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 26.02.2022 by
engaging counsel of his own choice has already been admitted on
28.03.2022, is pending consideration before this Court and
thereafter, the instant criminal appeal i.e. CRA No.589/2022 (Chandrabhan Nag vs. State of Chhattisgarh) has been filed with
the assistance of High Court Legal Aid Committee against the same
impugned judgment.
3. Since firstly preferred criminal appeal i.e. CRA No.534/2022
preferred by the appellant by engaging a counsel of his own choice
against the same impugned judgment of conviction and order
sentence dated 26.02.2022 is already pending consideration before
this Court, the instant criminal appeal i.e. CRA No.589/2022 is
unnecessary and accordingly, it stands disposed off.
