Considering the fact that limitation was coming to an end at the
time when the country was facing Covid-19 and then complete
lockdown was imposed in entire country and considering the judgment
of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in respect of Section 5 of the limitation
Act, a strong case for allowing of I.A. No.1 is made out.
Accordingly, delay of 217 days for filing of the appeal stands
condoned.
Mr. Harsh Tripathi, appearing for appellant is directed to serve a
copy of the memo of appeal to Shri Nande and other counsels
appearing for the respondent no.2 to 7 and also counsel for the State
respondent no.11.
Let the appeal be listed for admission on 06.12.2022.
