This is an appeal against the conviction arising out of the Judgment and Sentence passed in Session Trial No. 75/99 decided on 25/11/2000.

The records were missing, therefore, the learned District & Sessions Judge, Raigarh is directed to get the file re-constructed and in pursuance of direction passed by this court some records have been sent by the I st Additional District Judge, Raigarh i.e. copy of final report, but no statements of witnesses have been recorded in the trial court which is causing difficulty for this court to decide the criminal appeal.
