1. The instant MCC has been filed seeking for restoration of FAM No. 266/2018, which got dismissed by a peremptory order dated 26.11.2021.

2. Counsel for the Applicant submits that the paper-book is now ready. However, since the stipulated period was over, it was not accepted by the Registry.

3. For all the reasons mentioned in the application and finding them to be satisfactory, the present MCC deserves to be and is accordingly allowed. FAM No. 266/2018 stands restored to its original number.

4. No order as to cost.
